Can you handle group or multi-entity reporting?
Yes. Multi-entity reporting normally requires mapping across charts of accounts, shared dimensions, consistent measures and rules for currency, intercompany or historic treatment. The design is agreed with finance owners before dashboards are built.
How do you address security and sensitive data?
Security is designed into the model and operating process. Do we need Microsoft Fabric for a complex Power BI programme?
Not automatically. Fabric is useful when several systems need a governed history, when data engineering and reporting must share one platform, or when scale and reuse justify the additional capacity. Power BI alone can remain the better option for a focused, well-structured requirement.
